of fruits and vegetables in your diet means your body will get all the

Drinking water keeps your skin glowing and prevents you from looking
withered or dried out. Keep a bottle of water with you throughout the
day and keep sipping.

Get enough sleep. Figure
out how many hours of sleep you need a night and adjust your habits to
include that many. If you sleep well each night you'll get rid of puffy
eyes or dark circles, and keep yourself fresh and alert.

Wear clean clothes. Clean, ironed clothes make you look neat and therefore fresher than a thrown on, jumbled up outfit.

Coordinate colours. Rather than going for a wild look, keep it clean and bright with matching shades in your outfit and accessories.
